New equipment for hair...

For a while ago it was my birthday, and these were my only presents in the category beauty that I got. The curling iron is from BaByliss and it's called ''BaByliss easy curl''. It's just AMAZING, I couldn't be more pleased with it! Press HERE to see a picture after using this curling iron. I also got this spray for heating protection. It's from L´oréal Paris and it's called ''Studio Line Hot Curl Spray'', which is also great. The curls are lasting all day long (even longer!) after using this spray. I'm super glad that I got these things!

A lipgloss that stays on and looks good... For sure!

Remember THIS post that I wrote a few months ago, about that lipgloss from Lóréal Paris that looked very good on, but didn't stay on as good? I think the lipgloss from L´oréal Paris works fine, and considering the good price, I'm more than pleased with it! I think it's a great lipgloss for those who doesn't want to pay that much for a little make-up product! :) Well well, I got a question on that post that I haven't answered (I'm sooo sorry!). The question was:

''I like the effect, but it's a bummer it doesn't last very long. Let us know if you find anything that looks like that, but stays on?''

And I actually have found something familiar to the ''L´oréal Paris Glam Shine'' in the colour ''400''. The lipgloss that I found for approximately ½ a year ago is called ''Dior Addict Ultra-gloss'' and the colour that I really like is called ''247 Pink Flirt'', and that colour is pretty much the same as number ''400'' from L´oréal. I've tried this lipstick in the stores many times (hehe) and then I've been walking around with it for hours, and it looks exactly the same after those many hours. I really want this lipgloss, it's the best I've tried so far. So if you want a lipgloss that stays on very long and that looks good on, for sure, I recommend this one from Dior. Hope I've answered your question now!

Review of Lancôme's ''Dêfinicils'' mascara!

A while back ago (okay I acknowledge a long time ago), I bought this mascara from Lancôme called ''Dêfinicils''. Now I've tried it for a quite long time, so I'm now more than ready to do a review of this mascara! First able, the packaging.. How amazing isn't it? Like all of the other Lancôme products, their products and packagings all looks gorgeous and classy. Love it. This is what it says on Lancômes web page about this mascara: ''For lavishly long, perfectly defined lashes, this iconic award-winning mascara provides the ultimate in separation. Carefully selected polymers coat each lash from root to tip, to help lengthen and outline each lash for unmatched definition.'' But do I agree??
(This is how it looks on after two coats!)
I really like how it looks like on my eyelashes! They do look a lot longer than with other mascaras I've tried. The first time I used it I actually got a little disappointed. Why? Because I only applied one layer with it and after one layer it was just like ''an ordinary'' mascara. But, the second time I used this mascara I applied 2 (or even 3??) layers with this, and that was when I realized how AMAZING this mascara is!

It does give your eyelashes a great boost, volume and lenght, BUT; it does still look natural! I've been looking for a mascara that does all this, but still gives you a natural look, and I've finally found it now! I don't think I could be more happy about it actually, and there's no way I hope it could be different in, it's all perfect.. So yeah I do totally agree with how Lancôme described this mascara like. Definitely!

Lancôme 29 St Honoré (Fall collection 2011)

So, this is the amazing collection ''29 St Honoré'' for Lancôme Fall 2011. I haven't found that much ''information'' about this collection, but I know it's made in honour of the store in Paris with the same name. I love this look, with the red lips, cat eyes and the bold eyeliner, it looks so classy. This collection was created by Aaron de May and ever since he began designing make-up for Lancôme, I've absolutely LOVED him! My favourite item in this collection is definitely the blush, the colours are amazing and the design is breath-taking!

New products for summer:

Just bought a few products that I thought would be appropriate for the summer. Maybelline ''Pure Mineral Foundation SPF 18'', in the shade ''026 Honey Beige''. Lumene ''Sun Mineral Bronzer'' in the colour called ''02 Afterglow'' (it has some shimmer in it, looks cute). And finally a new (this was basically just a thing I decided to buy in the last minute!) kabuki brush from Kicks called ''Kabuki Brush 110''.

Review of MaxFactor ''Xperience Weightless Foundation'':

So here's a review of MaxFactor ''Xperience Weightless Foundation''. I've been using it occasionally for the last two(?) months. This foundation did actually surprise me in a good way. Things I like about this product is that it's a little fragranced (it smells fresh!!) and that it looks so natural on my skin etc. I also like it because it's oil-free. Continue reading and I'll give you more examples of why I like this foundation, and maybe some examples of why I don't like this product!
(This is how the colour ''60 Medium Sandstone'' looks like on my skin)
I really like how easy it is to blend this foundation in, without risking to get any visible lines from your foundation! It really does cover your occasional blemishes etc really good. I'm not wearing any concealer at all at that picture, and my skin wouldn't had looked this good without this foundation. WOW! I think it gives you a very natural and perfect(!!) complexion, which I highly like! I can't even feel that I'm wearing any makeup at all, because it feels so light on your skin. I'd say that this foundation gives you a light-medium coverage and it's SPF 15 (love that!), which makes this foundation equal for the summer.

Another thing that I really like about this foundation is that it's not supposed to clog any pores, which it doesn't do either. It says on the packaging that the foundation is equal for sensitive skin, and I agree with that. As I said it's oil-free, which is good for people who has some issues with occasional blemishes and for those who has oily skin. This foundation is a little too oily for my skin, it looks a little bit sweaty on me if you know what I mean.. You do need touch-ups occasionally (approximately ever third hour at least), because it tends to get shiny-looking after a while. I think it would benifit people better with more dry skin than me, which makes it quite hard for me to give this foundation a fair judgement now when it didn't fit my skintype the best...

In the search for the perfect mascara...

(Chanel Mascara Inimitable, Diorshow Iconic and Lancôme Hypnôse).

Now I need your help/opinions! I'm in the search for the perfect mascara for my eyelashes, as I always am, though. My eyelashes are short and not that many on the lower lash-line so I don't like how thick and unnatural my eyelashes are looking when I've applied mascara on the lower lash-line. I want my (future) mascara to be able to lenghten and separate my eyelashes and I also want the mascara to give a natural appearance(!!) to my lashes.

Sooo, there's a whole jungle out there with mascaras, so I asked a pro. She actually recommended me those 3 mascaras (on the picture) that I thought about buying. Right now I'm feeling most sure about the Diorshow Iconic mascara, because I've heard so many good things about it. Now I want you to tell me about which one your(!) favourite mascara is, and if you do have any opinions about those 3 mascaras, please don't doubt typing them in this post, it doesn't matter if they're negative or positive! Without trying to sound desperate: Please help me with this readers!

My NEW products from MAC:

Yay! I'm so happy right now!! These are the first products EVER that I've bought from MAC! Finally :). First I got the ''Mac Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder''. It's a transparent colour that will fit every skin colour. You're applying it after your foundation, so it will last longer and it prevents shine. The other product is the ''MAC 217 Blening Brush''. You're using it to blend your eyeshadows together. I'll give you a review of both of the products later on! :)

Review of Garnier ''Sensitive eye make-up remover''!

Okay, I normally wouldn't make a review of something as booring as an eye make-up remover. But I just had, because this is the best that I've ever tried for sensitive eyes! If you're like me, having eyes that are basically burning while using an ''ordinary'' eye make-up remover, then you should definitely try this product. I've actually tried removers that are for sensitive eyes, but that are still burning. Now I've given up that endless search, because I've found this one from Garnier called ''Sensitive eye make-up remover''. It's just amazing!

Let me tell you why.. It removes your eye make-up so gently that it feels like it's basically made of 100 pre cent water, with out exaggerating! You don't feel any burning in your eyes at all(!) while removing your make-up with this appliance. And WOW, how rapidly it removes your eye make-up, it's just amazing! This is the best eye make-up remover for sensitive eyes that I've ever tried!!

Review of IsaDora ''Light and Shade Eyeshadow(s)''!

I've basically had these IsaDora ''Light and Shade Eyeshadow(s)'' forever. Okay maybe not, but for atleast 3 years. I bought them because they're really cheap (approximately £8 each) and because of the fact that it's a duo eyeshadow and because I liked the colours of course :). I consider the packaging as just ''ok''. There's nothing special about them, but nothing negative about them either. Continue reading and I'll give you a quick review of what I think about these eyeshadow duos.
I really like both of the colours. They look good together and with ''14 Silver Mist'' I can really get a natural-looking smokey eye effect. The ''12 Glacier Blue'' looks very pretty on my eyelids and they really look good together also. When I apply this on my eyelids I'm actually gladly surprised every time that the eyeshadow doesn't fall down below the eye, it does actually stay on without falling down from your eyelids.

They are very pigmented too, and they stay on for many hours (with a good primer the eyeshadows can last even longer though) and I probably just need one touch-up during the day to make it look flawless. For the price you get it for though, I really can't complain about these eyeshadows, that would just be cruwl, lol. I can't really remember anything more to bring up about these eyeshadows, I think they're absolutely amazing! If you do have any questions about this eyeshadow though, don't doubt about typing them in this post!! :)

New bronzing powder from IsaDora!

I bought this bronzing powder from IsaDora for approximately a month ago, but I've forgotten to show you it. I've tried it several of times, and I really really do like it (take a look HERE where I wrote a little bit about it). It's loose powder, which I personally really like, so I thought this bronzing powder would be just perfect for me. It's called IsaDora ''Mineral Bronzing Powder'' in the shade ''18 Medium Tan Bronze'' by the way! I highly recommend this product!
