Review of Chanel Hydrating Créme Lip Colour!

So this is the review of my new Chanel Hydrating Créme Lip Colour. I've wanted to try this for a veeery long time now, so I decided to buy it last week when I had the chanse :). I've wanted to try a lipstick that gives your lips hydration and not a dry appearance. I chose between the Dior Addict Lipstick, YSL Rouge Volupté and this one from Chanel of course. I didn't really find a colour that I liked from the other two brands but I found a colour from Chanel that I luckily LOVED!

Anyway, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! I love the tiny box that comes in the lipstick when you buy it, it looks so luxurious. And so does the packaging of the lipstick. I absolutely LOVE the black glassy design with the classic Chanel-logo on top of it, looks amazing, doesn't it??
When I first saw the campaign with Vanessa Paradis I really wanted to have the colour ''5 Madamoiselle'', which is ''The Colour'', but when I came to the store I fell in love with this colour instead, called ''13 Gardénia''. I'd describe it as a dark pink (almost red) colour that looks quite shimmery when you see it in the packaging, but after applying it on your lips it looks a little bit less pink (quite natural-looking), shiny and glamorous!

The lipstick also comes in a very smart and luxurious packaging. I might be silly but I really love the enchased Chanel on the lipstick, looks really cool and another sign that this lipstick definitely is expensive. For me who's a genuin makeup-lover is the appearance of makeup definitely important :). I love the discreet sound the lid makes when you put it onto the  again, even that sounds luxurious, lol!
(Left: The swatch. Right: The lipstick on my lips.)
On my lips, the lipstick feels soooo smooth. I can hardly feel that I'm wearing any lipstick at all, honestly. This is the colour that I've been looking for for a really long time. It's bright pink, not too pink and not too light. LOVE IT! It will look more lovely during the autumn-winter-springs's though. I personally prefer these colours for the more ''dark'' seasons. Anyway what do you think about ''13 Gardénia''? I LOVE IT!! Usually when I wear lipsticks, I use some kind of an hydrating lipstick underneath the lipstick, just because the lipstick tends to look and feel dry on my lips. With this Hydrating Créme Lip Colour from Chanel, I definitely do NOT need any hydration underneath the lipstick. It already feels super-smooth with this lipstick (which it should be, just because the word ''hydrating'' is a part of the name), which I love!

So far it's great. The packaging is amazing, it looks amazing on my lips and it feels amazing on my lips also. But how does it last? If it doesn't last for a very long time, then all of the other good things doesn't really matter anymore. I've wore it every single day since I bought it (mostly because I love the colour, but also because I've wanted to try how long it lasts on my lips), and I can tell you that it lasts for a very long time. Six hours later it basically looks exactly the same as when I first applied it. WOW! Even after eating or drinking it hasn't begun to fade.. This lipstick is DEFINITELY highly pigmented(!!!!). However, I can feel a small sence of fragrance. It smells fresh and lovely, I'd guess that the smell is some kind of berries (perhaps strawberries??).

New: Chanel Lipstick in ''13 Gardénia''

Look what I bought from Chanel a few days ago! It's their ''Chanel Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Colour'' in the shade called ''13 Gardénia''. I'll give you swatches and a review of this lipstick later on. I can tell you already that I've tried it a few times and it looks lovely on my lips. It's a quite dark pink shade with some shimmer in it. You'll see!

In the search for the perfect mascara...

(Chanel Mascara Inimitable, Diorshow Iconic and Lancôme Hypnôse).

Now I need your help/opinions! I'm in the search for the perfect mascara for my eyelashes, as I always am, though. My eyelashes are short and not that many on the lower lash-line so I don't like how thick and unnatural my eyelashes are looking when I've applied mascara on the lower lash-line. I want my (future) mascara to be able to lenghten and separate my eyelashes and I also want the mascara to give a natural appearance(!!) to my lashes.

Sooo, there's a whole jungle out there with mascaras, so I asked a pro. She actually recommended me those 3 mascaras (on the picture) that I thought about buying. Right now I'm feeling most sure about the Diorshow Iconic mascara, because I've heard so many good things about it. Now I want you to tell me about which one your(!) favourite mascara is, and if you do have any opinions about those 3 mascaras, please don't doubt typing them in this post, it doesn't matter if they're negative or positive! Without trying to sound desperate: Please help me with this readers!

Coco Mademoiselle Fragrance

I really wanna have this fragrance from Chanel called ''Coco Mademoiselle''. It smells amazing! Chanel describes the fragrance like this: ´´A feeling of luxuriance is achieved through two exclusive ingredients that form the signature for all CHANEL parfums: Jasmine Absolute and May Rose Absolute. These delicate flowers bursting with confidence are highlighted by a touch of Iris from Florence.´´ And it's a huge plus that beautiful Kiera Knightley is ''the face'' for the fragrance, don't you think?

Chanel Éclat Lumière Concealer

I really want a new concealer. Not because my old one is making me disappointed, but because of the fact that I love to try new make-up products. So I've done some (okay A LOT, I admit) research about different concealers and one concealer that I really got stuck with was this one from Chanel called ''Éclat Lumière Concealer''. It seems amazing because of the reviews that I've read, of the AMAZING appearance and because of the result that it's supposed to give you (which is the most important thing of a product of course)!

The way that this concealer will benefit you, is that it's just not a concealer, it's also a highlighter. You can use it in dark areas in your face. It'll also reduce the appearances of fine lines and lighten dark circles. This Chanel product comes in 3 different shades and you can see them on the picture above. I don't know which colour's going to benefit me the most, so I'll have to go to a store so someone professional can help me to choose a good shade for me. Anyway, it's supposed to be an amazing concealer, according to all of the reviews, but if you do have any kind of thoughts about this concealer though, type them in this post! I'll be glad if you'll be able help me! :)

Looking for good blothing products like me?

I've been looking for make-up brands that sells blothing products for a very long time now(!). The make-up market is so freaking big now that it's hard to just choose one product when there are like 10 more identical products like it. However, I suppose I'm not the only person who's looking for a product that provides sheer(?), and that's why I'm doing this post!
1: Smashbox Anti Shine Compact- is a compact product that contains a mirror and touch-ups for the day.
2: Makeupstore Blothing Powder. This is a powder that I've actually heard very good things about. You're applying this invisible powder during the day when you feel like you're having shiny areas in your face.
3: Makeupstore T-zone, which is a liquid product that I assume is ideal for applying with your bare fingers where you want to make your face more unshiny, like your T-zone.
4: Dior Long Lasting Setting Powder, is an invisible powder that you're applying after your foundation to provide shiny areas in your face.
5: Mac Blot Film, contains blothing papers.
6: Clinique Stay-Matte Sheer Pressed Powder, is a powder that's actually not invisible. It's suitable for a more greasy skin, and this will give your skin a very matte-look that will last for many hours.
7: Makeupstore Oil Blothing Paper is the cheapest product of them all. This is like the Chanel's Oil Control Tissues but much more cheap. I've to admit that Chanel's tissues looks a lot more chic than Makeupstore's but I don't think that it's really any difference between the two products (except from the price).
8: Chanel Natural Finish Loose Powder- is more a finish powder that you're applying after your foundation to create a matte finish. But I guess it's a product that's very identical to the blothing products. This provides sheer and as I said it gives your skin a matte finish.
9: Smashbox Photo Set Finishing Powder SPF 15 is a loose powder that you're applying after your foundation so your make-up will last for many more hours. This is an invisible powder. The Photo Set Finishing Powder doesn't just give your make-up a longer stay-on it also gives it a more matte look. It's oil-absorbing, so your skin won't look shiny if you're using this. It's an all-in-one powder!
10: Chanel Oil Control Tissues. This is a product for the one who wants to have touch-ups during the day. The blothing papers creates the perfect mattness and removes all the shine from your face.
